PIEDMONT

A 1910 midtown Atlanta original farmhouse that was in desperate need of some attention. This project involved a full single-floor renovation, leaving defined rooms in the front of the house for dining, guests and a multi-functional bedroom/office, while creating a more open plan living and kitchen befitting the couple’s growing family and love for entertaining. A full primary suite was added into the home, along with a large mudroom and laundry room. Phase 2 was pre-planned at the beginning of the project to allow the family to grow into a 2-story 6-bedroom house with a garage, but their house was sold before it was brought to life.
